P9 Fighting for ideas (building commitments - generate fundings)
Although this is not one of the classic innovation phases, it is a very important topic or activity that is extremely important during the entire innovation process, especially in larger and larger organisations. Only ideas that have been fought for with the right means will experience their implementation in large organisations - and especially when radicalism or even disruption is involved in the ideas. The really good ideas call the keepers on the plan and reliably activate the immune system of the organization. This is how Günther Dück described it in his book "The New and its Enemies". Furthermore, there are many very introverted, highly creative Daniel Düsentriebs in our countries who should be supported in the fight for their ideas, otherwise their ideas will never see the light of day.
