Speed feedback is a modification of the (possibly) known speed dating. With speed dating there is a larger number of singles in one room, there are enough tables with two chairs available. The singles then have only a very short time window per meeting (for example two minutes per person).

A moderator ensures that the time is observed and that everyone talks to everyone in turn. Then everyone in the room has a picture of who you find interesting and how you arrive. "First impression counts" - and this also applies to ideas.

With speed feedback, the participants do not introduce themselves, but their ideas in such a run and collect the feedback. Advantage: Everyone is equally involved and you learn to present your ideas.
