With the help of the idea blueprint, an initially vague idea can be described in more detail and formulated further. The described idea is supplemented and further developed after a first definition in the team.

The idea blueprint is completed in seven steps and offers a structured enrichment of the idea. It is therefore particularly suitable for the further development of ideas, but not a typical creativity technique.

The enrichment of ideas in particular is underestimated in many innovation processes, and it is often only in this phase that the big ideas emerge.
