Description

The Prescriptive Value Web can be described as a network of system-dependent value interrelationships. It shows through the value flows between stakeholders how the system/organisation will react if the present idea/concept is implemented.

This tool helps to make predictions about who in the system will be the people who will benefit more from the new idea or the people who will benefit less.

On the basis of the results from this tool, measures can be very efficiently derived which help to communicate and also implement an idea in a system in a target-oriented way.

In the Prescriptive Value Web, stakeholders are represented as nodes of a network. The arrows between the nodes represent the values/benefits that flow between the stakeholders when the ideas are implemented.

Values that are displayed in this network can be: Money, information, status, time, resources, raw materials, customers or anything else that can flow as value between stakeholders.
