This method is aimed at larger groups of 20 to one hundred people and focuses on both brainstorming and evaluation.

Among the methods for larger groups, this is my absolute favorite. With this method, the participants can take positions very unambiguously, take different positions, even across departments.

Exchange perspectives optimally and contribute your own ideas, views and points of view very well. Together with the other participants, valuable insights are developed and linked on a broad-band basis. Collective knowledge is quickly and easily made visible and tangible.

This method is ideal for the analysis of challenges and the evaluation of ideas, but also for finding ideas. Especially recommended for more complex challenges with participants from different departments of your company.
