With the Innovation Performance Radar (IPR), you can efficiently, visually, and purposefully analyze the current innovation or renewal capability of teams, departments, business units, and entire organizations.

In addition, the IPR provides the power to move an organization toward perpetual transformation capability

and to always maintain clarity about the current status of the development. This tool is distributed exclusively through Verrocchio Institute accredited experts.

The Inovation Performace Radar IPR measures innovation capability across 18 sub-areas divided into three clusters:

Cluster 1 – the cultural level
Cluster 2 – the operational level
Cluster 3 – the strategic level

Four measurement points are asked in each of the 18 sub-areas: know-how, tools, resources and experience.

The Verrocchio Institute offers organizations what it calls a Verrocchio Radar Day to measure innovation capability. The Verrocchio radar day serves to analyze the current innovation or renewal capability of teams, departments, business units and entire organizations very efficiently and purposefully within one day.

The IPR and its results visualization are compatible with any innovation initiatives and development activities that may already be running in parallel.

The Innovation Performance Radar developed by the Verrocchio Institute will accompany the participants throughout the day.

At the end of the Verrocchio Radar Day, there is great and visual clarity about the current state of innovation or renewal capability of the team or department or an entire organization. Based on the clarity created, the day will also derive the key corridors of action to measurably increase innovation or renewal capability.

The Verrocchio Radar Day can be booked as a single detached day at the Verrocchio Institute. For longer-term engagements of the Verrocchio Institute, the Verrocchio Radar Day is always an integral part of the cooperation. We measure the development of our clients’ innovation and renewal capabilities at fixed points in time.

Since the Verrocchio Institute always acts as a neutral authority in the measurement, those responsible for the innovation development measures currently underway in the organization should also be present at the radar days and assist in the measurement.
