With the Innovation Performance Radar (IPR) you can efficiently, visually and target-oriented analyze the current innovation or renewal capability of teams, departments, business units and entire organizations.

The Innovation Performace Radar IPR measures the innovation capability over 18 sub-areas, which are divided into three clusters:

Cluster 1 - the cultural level
Cluster 2 - the operational level
Cluster 3 - the strategic level

In each of the 18 sub-areas, four measurement points are queried: know-how, tools, resources and experience.

The Verrocchio Institute offers organizations a so-called Verrocchio Radar Day to measure innovation capability. The Verrocchio Radar Day serves to analyse the current innovation and renewal capability of teams, departments, business units and entire organisations very efficiently and purposefully within one day.

The IPR and its visualisation of results are compatible with all innovation initiatives and development measures that may already be running in parallel.

The Innovation Performance Radar developed by the Verrocchio Institute accompanies the participants throughout the day.

At the end of the Verrocchio Radar Day there is a great and visual clarity about the current state of the innovation or renewal capability of the team or department or an entire organization. On the basis of the clarity created, the main corridors for action will also be derived on this day in order to measurably increase the capacity for innovation or renewal.

The Verrocchio Radar Day can be booked as a separate day at the Verrocchio Institute. For long-term commitments of the Verrocchio Institute, the Verrocchio Radar Day is always an integral part of the cooperation. At fixed times, we measure the development of our clients' ability to innovate and innovate.
