Description
Forced-Relationship is an intuitive idea-finding technique that goes back to the British author Charles S. Whiting. Similar to the Force-Fit game, Forced-Relationship works with so-called stimulus words and stimulates the imagination with unusual combinations of terms.
Forced-Relationship focuses in particular on the areas of product and service innovations.
Irritant words are either related or nonrelated products and processes/services. With the aid of forced relationship technology, new approaches to solutions can be found, especially for imprecise questions and problems.
