Description
The stakeholder analysis serves the systematic consideration of all persons (groups of persons) affected by a project or an idea. The point is to analyse those persons (groups of persons) with a critical attitude towards the project who could thus have a negative influence on implementation. From this analysis, measures can be derived with which the identified persons (groups) could change their attitude towards the project. This enables countermeasures to be better developed and the implementation of an idea to be accelerated.
