Description

Products or services are often viewed very distantly. This can lead to the fact that one does not notice obvious difficulties or hurdles any more. With this method, the product (or service) to be illuminated is to be made a good friend, who receives completely human characteristics. This enables a more personal view of the idea and the easier identification of strengths, but also weaknesses.

As in the story of Pinocchio, an object becomes a living being with character traits and relationships to other people. This different approach opens up new perspectives on the product.

The exercise also helps to take on the role of the consumer more easily. This makes it clearer what is important from the user's point of view with the product and where aspects can still be sharpened.
