Description
The aim of the anonymous voting is to select ideas from a list of ideas in an anonymous vote that are as far as possible to be pursued further, or to put them in a ranking order.
Each participant selects ten percent of the ideas from an existing numbered list of ideas and rates them with letters such as A, B, C. The election official collects the anonymous voting cards and then presents the result. The result is a ranking of the existing ideas and thus a processing recommendation of the group.
The advantage of this method is that the decision-makers can take creative risks through anonymity, as they act free of group pressure.
