Description

The aim of Anticipating Defect Detection is to systematically, comprehensively and particularly early detect possible defects of a new system, a new product or a new process. "Make the failures early!" is an important procedure for successful innovation. Focus on Design Thinking and Lean Startup

especially the testing and prototyping phases of this "innovation law".

The approach to troubleshooting is special: The search for possible errors is converted into the task "How can errors be provoked? The method therefore focuses on the question: "What must one do or what must occur in order to bring a system, a product or a process to failure". After successful error identification, possible solutions are sought.

The advantage of this method is that by searching for possible errors the system, the product or the process is examined very intensively and possible weak points can be identified.
