The Immediate Idea Help is a simple, structured and efficient idea generation process consisting of four main steps. The Immediate Help with Ideas was developed in 2010 by Benno van Aerssen.

Especially when it comes to generating ideas in ad hoc situations or with innovative untrained teams, the Ideas Immediate Help is very helpful. Especially teams from structure-loving cultures appreciate the method.

The participants of a team experience with the idea immediate assistance, how they are led in four steps spontaneously and purposefully to many good ideas. The Immediate Help of Ideas unfolds its effect on the basis of the following principles:
- Collect all the information about your challenge before you start brainstorming.
- Use lateral thinking.
- Combine at least two creativity techniques and link the results.
- Use incubation phases and work in several small steps.

With this combination you increase the amount of ideas and quality significantly and thus also the probability of a really good idea. Especially the combination of the two creativity techniques headstand technique and brainwriting pool is extremely productive for inexperienced teams.
